Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
A comprehensive FCA is the essential evidence required for plan reviews, change of circumstances, and access requests. My reports provide the high-level clinical reasoning needed to secure funding across the entire support spectrum.
Holistic Support Justification: I provide detailed evidence for Core Support hours, Capacity Building (Allied Health) budgets, and Assistive Technology requirements. Every recommendation is mapped to the participant’s goals to ensure a direct link between funding and functional outcomes.
Complex Clinical Reasoning: In addition to Physical/neurological disabilities, I specialise in “invisible” or high-complexity disabilities, including Neurodivergence, Intellectual, Cognitive and Psychosocial Disability, including PTSD. My reports translate complex clinical presentations into clear, functional impacts that the NDIA can easily process.
NDIS 2026 Compliance: Using standardised outcome measures and the Section 34 (Reasonable & Necessary) framework, I build a “watertight” case. the specific “R&N” (Reasonable and Necessary) justification for onsite shared or individual support.
