CARA JAMIESON CLINICAL was founded by Cara Jamieson, a Senior Occupational Therapist with over four years of specialised experience within the NDIS sector. My practice is built on a single core principle: Clinical excellence should not be burdened by corporate bureaucracy.

As an independent practitioner, I provide a direct, one-on-one service model. When you refer to CARA JAMIESON CLINICAL, you are not being passed to an intake team or a junior clinician. You are working directly with a Senior OT who manages every stage of the process—from the initial clinical triage to the final report delivery.

My clinical background is rooted in the mastery of Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA). I specialise in translating complex human experiences into the high-quality, evidence-based documentation required by the NDIA.

    My practice is defined by a deep technical understanding of the NDIS evidentiary requirements. I don’t just document disability; I translate the functional impact of complex psychosocial conditions, neurodivergence, and cognitive disabilities into the specific ‘Section 34’ language the NDIA requires for funding approval.

    By specialising in the ‘invisible’ challenges of executive functioning and sensory processing, I ensure that participants with Autism, ADHD, or PTSD receive a level of clinical advocacy that goes beyond a standard checklist. My goal is to deliver a report that is so thorough it leaves no room for administrative ambiguity.

    I am a Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA). My reports are designed to be “future-ready,” mapping directly to current support needs frameworks to ensure your participants receive the most accurate funding outcomes possible.
